So. first, there was
this post that inspired me to look for a Challah recipe; I found
one.. and, of course right at around midnight, made the dough to be baked the next day. I knew from reading that reddit post that
Challah was jewish (why do I know these things?) but didn't know the
requirements, so mine is technically a Challah, but doesn't represent the tribes of Israel, nor was it consumed as part of the Sabbath while making the dough I thought it was kind of in accordance with those traditions, cooking it after sun-down on Saturday, but.. no, it should be consumed on Friday evening or Saturday lunch or dinner. Anywhoo... Bread, good, recipe? easy, actually.. but.. I suck at braiding (as you can see)
