Ejotes, tocino y cebollas curtidas

Por mas que trato no he podido encontrar la receta para este platillo... pero recuerdo que estaba bien, pero bien bueno e involucraba ejotes (claro), tocino y cebollas moradas curtidas en vinagre con cilantro picado con jalapeños.

Green beans, bacon and pickled red onions

For the life of me, I can't seem to find the recipe for this dish; but I do recall there being vinegar involved for the onions, sauteed green beans with bacon and sprinkled with cilantro and jalapeños. But other than that... I can only recall that this was a delicious dish.
